Items decorated with gold or platinum require gentle care - we recommend hand washing and not heating them in a microwave oven.

Because we work with natural materials, slight color variations between batches of the same design are possible.
All pieces created made to order are non-returnable. Handmade ceramics require time and precision – to ensure quality and timely delivery, we produce a few extra pieces for each order. To minimize waste and out of respect for the environment, returns are not accepted for these items.
