Items decorated with gold or platinum require gentle care - we recommend hand washing and not heating them in a microwave oven.

Each piece is handcrafted individually, which means slight variations in shape, color, or glaze may occur. These subtle differences are not flaws, but part of what makes each item one of a kind. Embrace the uniqueness – it’s the charm of handmade ceramics. Colors may appear differently in daylight, artificial light, or on different screens. Because we work with natural materials, slight color variations between batches of the same design are possible.
All pieces created made to order are non-returnable. Handmade ceramics require time and precision – to ensure quality and timely delivery, we produce a few extra pieces for each order. To minimize waste and out of respect for the environment, returns are not accepted for these items.
